My wife and I have known Tammy Sawicki, personally and professionally, for 16 years.  We came to know her through our search to find the right community to settle down in, after a 24 year career in the Marines.  We contacted a Realtor who specialized in military relocations and in February 1993, embarked on a five day house hunting trip.  It seems we were taken to ever subdivision in Hillsborough County and heard the same pitch from every builder, until we met Tammy.

From our first meeting, I was immediately impressed by two things: she gave us straight, no nonsense answers to our questions; and she looked us straight in the eyes while answering our questions.  We were so impressed we started to look at the various floor plans and model homes they had available.  As it turned out, the model home of the floor plan we were most interested in had been recently sold.  Not a problem for Tammy, she took us to her own home for a tour, as she also had the same floor plan we were interested in.

Needless to say, we signed a contract to build and had the tedious task of choosing colors, carpets, cabinets, etc., but again Tammy provided us expert counsel.  When we returned to South Carolina, we were delighted to continue to receive updates on the construction of our new home, through phone calls, letters and photos.

Over the years, Joan and I have bought and sold six homes.  In each instance we have worked with several Brokers and Salespeople.  With one exception, there have been some problems and missteps.  The one exception was our purchase of our current home here in Florida.
